One of the area’s most highly anticipated events during the holiday season is Light the Park at Founders Park, a nightly tree-lighting event held annually at Campbell Station. The area’s most popular events, Southern Tequilla and Taco Fest and Dog Daze, are held at Village Green during the spring and summer. Southern Tequilla and Taco Fest, one of the area’s biggest food festivals, is held every April. They serve locally-made tacos and other Mexican delicacies. For all dog lovers, there is Dog Daze at Village Green, which is held every August. 
 
Beyond the area’s many events and festivals, Farragut is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. It has direct access to Grisby Chapel Greenway, one of the area’s most prominent bike trails.
