My wife and I recently completed a house sale and purchase with Alexis. We told her a few months before that we were considering buying a new home and she volunteered her time to spend hours answering initial questions we had about the market and even drove 30 minutes out to our now former house to help us identify the best ways to prepare our house to put on the market if we decided to do so. As we went through the process, Alexis helped us to determine the best listing price for the home and we worked out an ideal date to put the house on the market. My wife is a teacher so Spring Break was going to be the best time for us. It turned out that Alexis and her family were going to be going out of town that week, but she selflessly offered to forego her own vacation to help us start visiting homes to purchase. Once our former house sold, we ended up accepting an offer that was 15% over the list price and more than 50% above what we bought the house for just 5 years ago. I know that would have been impossible without the great suggestions for staging and wonderful photographs that she lined up for us. When it came to looking at new houses, Alexis always seemed to know exactly what we were thinking before we even knew. She is great about being honest with her thoughts on every house and how she thinks it will or won’t fit your needs and wants. It is such a difficult market for buyers right now and it took us four offers before we landed in our beautiful new home, but with every offer, she put us in a competitive spot and had a near-perfect eye for spotting the true value of houses. Throughout the entire process, Alexis was available at seemingly every hour. In fact, I first texted her about the home we purchased at 2 am and we had an actual chat about it right then. She had lined up a morning appointment to view it before I woke up that morning and we had our offer accepted that afternoon. If you are not already sold, then I don’t know what else I can say. This wonderful person will bend over backward and make you feel like you’re the most important family in the world to her. Please, give her a call. You won’t regret it.

Alexis did an awesome job. She is friendly, professional, and very responsive. We were referred to Alexis by a colleague while we were living overseas.
